SCatWoT is a great popcorn flick. It's light, it's fun, and it's filled with action--even if it has its flaws. The visual style gives it a cool classic look and paradoxically makes the special effects seem more real. Fans of both late 20th century action films and classics of the 1920s, 30s, and 40s will all find stuff to enjoy about this. The movie also has this great cheese factor--it knows some of it is cheesy, but it doesn't care. For some reason, I like that. This is probably out of most theaters by now, but you can find it on DVD in early January 05.
