(24AUN) What is 24: Altered Universe?
Early in the first season of the FOX show 24, federal agent Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) is ordered to kill fellow agent Nina Myers (Sarah Clarke). He fools the terrorists controlling him by giving her a protective jacket, and she survives the gunshots. Later in the season, she is revealed as a mole in the agency working for the terrorists and kills Jack's wife Teri.
What if he had never given her the flak jacket that saved her life?
That's the premise of 24AU. I am re-writing the first season of 24 from that point, to show just how different things may have been. It's a fun way to bring back characters from the first season, and hopefully, you will all enjoy it when it is finished.
